This is a premier cloud-based, software-as-a-service, locator system. It is a well-established system ideal for small and medium sized businesses to provide locator functionality to their web site. Our clients are businesses who need either a store locator, dealer locator, or product-finder embedded within their existing company web site. It provides mapping and driving directions using either Google or MapQuest maps with many configurable search options such as Radius Search Filter options and Custom Fields.
This is an on-demand, subscription based service wherein a company/client can signup for the service, select their pricing plan according to the number of locations that need to be stored in the system, and enter billing information (monthly recurring fee will be charged to a credit card). It is a recurring revenue model that builds on itself month after month.
Signup 1 new client every day for an average of $50/month. After only 1 month you will be making $1,500.00 from just these clients (30 days x $50).
After 365 days (1 year), that would mean 365 clients paying an average of $50/month = $18,250/month ($219,000.00/year)!
This is a business that grows on itself every month as more clients begin using it on their web sites to provide locator and mapping functionality to their web site visitors in order to direct them to their closest store locations. When clients signup to begin using the service, they typically will use it for 2 to 3 years at a minimum or until the next time they decide to redesign their business web site. So clients will stay using the product for quite a while after signing up and getting it integrated.
This system has many bells and whistles as well as roughly 80 businesses paying a monthly recurring subscription fee for using the service to provide locator functionality to their web sites. When customers finished entering all their location data into our system, they set their search options and then copy/paste an auto-generated script into their existing business web site. The product has extremely high potential as well as you can offer Professional Services to clients who need assistance loading all their location data into the systems database or even performing design/integration work with the client's business web site so that the systems script runs seamlessly and serves up the functionality right within the client's existing business web site.
This product is ready for success and needs a sales and/or marketing person or team to help it take off. Ideally a business or person who has the capabilities to follow up with leads and with customers, and to perform up-sell functions such as charging customers for custom design and integration work, or even perform customizations for clients wishing to use the locator a little differently when integrating it with their business web site.

There are only several cloud-based search services available and this system by far has the most configurable bells and whistles, and the best user-interface using the Admin Customer Portal to allow the customer to get the product integrated within their web site as quick as possible.

There is no limit to the number of potential clients that this system can take on. It is a cloud based service and therefore only limited by as much marketing, advertising, and sales effort the owner of the system wants to put forth.
Support & Training:
Seller will provide free 90 days of support and training during the transition to help bring buyer up to speed. Additional assistance can be performed on an as-needed basis such as contract work as negotiated.
