All equipment that is leased can be transferred to new owner, LONG term contracts with bottle companies is transferable with equipment furnished by the bottling companies at no cost. All other owned equipment in working order, two other pieces of equipment go with the business. The equipment is old and works well but may need to be replace in the future.
