You can acquire either shop separately or both shops together on the following basis: An outright purchase: Prices for either shop or for the combined entity are Negotiable, a meeting with the Owner is required. Or a partnership in lieu of purchase. A partnership arrangement may be structured as follows: Partnership Payment: $50,000 for the first shop and $40,000 for the second shop or $80,000 for both. Revenue Sharing: $300 per week for each store payable to the Owner. Partner pays all bills and keeps all income derived from the business in perpetuity, The Owner now works seven days per week open to close and needs immediate relief.
