Joseph Stansky, Esq. is a Senior Managing Business Broker and Corporate Counsel for Vested Business Brokers. He has 30 years of experience in business acquisitions, valuation, deal structure and financing. As an attorney
in practice, he has represented dozens of buyer & sellers through the business closing. As senior broker, he has represented almost 200 sellers in the successful sale of their business. His specialty is Healthcare,
Manufacturing, Healthcare, Wholesale/Distribution, Service and E Commerce businesses. His extensive business and legal expertise has been invaluable in solving difficult deal structure problems, earn out provisions, account retention
guarantees, etc. As a licensed commercial real estate broker, Mr. Stansky is involved in many of Vested's real estate transactions including 1031 tax free exchanges. He is adept is analyzing complex tax returns, profit and
loss statements and balance sheets. Mr. Stansky is well regarded by all parties in a transaction including all counsel, accountants, buyers and sellers.
As senior member of Vested's management team he is involved in many of the firm's larger business transactions (gross sales over $5m or EBITDA over $ 1m). He works primarily with high net worth individuals, buyers in
related businesses looking for add on acquisitions, equity buyers and institutional buyers and investors.
