Steve comes to VBB after a long and successful career as a CEO for mid cap companies. During his corporate career he bought and sold a dozen companies and knows how to get complicated deals done by finding common ground between buyers and sellers. He also has extensive financing experience with the SBA and public and private lenders. Steve specialized in corporate turnarounds with a focus on manufacturing and distribution companies and knows how to prepare a company for sale and how to show it to its best advantage. Identifying the right target buyer is critical to success and he knows when its best to go after strategic buyers with experience in the same industry, or to look for an independent buyer such as an early retiree looking to own a new business. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Steve lives in North Central New Jersey and is an avid golfer and skier.
