IT Services company selling its%u2019 well established customer base. Great for existing Systems Integrator looking to quickly grow customer base. Hourly service rates range from $100 - $225 per hour depending on on-site/off-site service and emergency support. Customers currently subscribe to IT consulting services through monthly retainers, block hours, and Ad-Hoc hourly support. Customer base is located in Connecticut and Manhattan with a number of customers having multiple branch locations. Company provides services including; WAN/LAN Management, Windows Server and Desktop Support, MS Server and Desktop Applications support, Blackberry integration and support, Firewalls/Routers/ Network Infrastructure installation and support, as well as software and hardware sales. Company has also developed several CRM and Business Process applications (Languages include Java/Tomcat/MySQL) for various customers (note: financials associated with application development have not been included in annualized profits of customer base). The opportunity for continued application development with customer base exists. Company is selling the customer base asset only. It is expected that a 60-90 day transition period will be required to adequately transfer customer base to buyer. This process will require that the buyers technical staff travel and work with customer base as Company technicians to ensure a smooth transition to buyer. Company also provides hosted services in the form of email, web, ftp/sftp, and co-location. Company will retain this portion of the business.
