Starting in 2021 with one TLC license and one Prius, the owner of this company recognized the lack of area transportation services during and following COVID and has developed this business in response. The result was a 26 vehicle, $3.6 million company for CY2025 climbing to 30-vehicles, $4.55 million for CY2026 based on achieved results through eight months and the growth in place.

Its growth is fueled in part by the business it receives from as many as 14 nursing homes, most of which are under contract and its expansion into lucrative stretcher carrier work.

The company offers taxicab and medical transportation in the 5- boroughs of New York and in Rockland and Westchester Counties.  It  has  10 TLC Licenses, Medicaid and NYDOT authorizations.

Management structure includes dispatch, compliance, fleet   management and secretarial. Billing is outsourced. The fleet is relatively new, many of the vehicles are 4 years old or newer. 

All income and expenses are reported and the business is financeable.

Seller has other interests abroad.
