Their clients include Orthodontists, Pedodontist and General Dentists. Product lines include Traditional Orthodontic Appliances as well as Clear Invisible Retainers, Sports Guards and other niche appliances. In the past three years the business has grossed just over $1 Million in sales per year, with a net cash flow of approx. $300,000.00. In addition to the owners, there are 7 employees (most have been working here for over 8 years). The owners would be willing to sell or lease the building as well. The sale price would be $525K for a stand alone professional building, with its own parking lot. 1,200 sq. ft. space (with full 1,200 sq. ft. basement) zoned as a professional office. If leased, the rent would be $3,250/mth., triple-net with at least a 10 year lease (for a qualified tenant).
