These partners pay them for each install. In addition to revenue via installs directly off of the web site, they receive revenue for their products that are downloaded off of other sites, such as Download.com. They have also recently added videos to their site. The videos belong to the affiliate partnership which in turn compensates the seller for each new user provided. They generate 20,000 to 40,000 downloads per month. That is for the screensavers. They also receive an additional 1,100 "unique" video installs per month and approximately 12,000 video "plays" per month. This business requires very little time and effort to maintain.
