Coffee Truck - Mobile Catering. This Coffee Truck Route has been established for over 35 years with the current owner operating it for the past 7 years. He is finally ready to retire. The route territory is protected with 26 locations and 40 stops per day (most locations are visited twice per day for breakfast and lunch), 5 days per week. Locations include industrial parks, construction sites, etc. There is minimal prep., just cleaning the vehicle at the end of the day and stocking for the next day. All food is picked up from a commissary and some retail stores (ie. pizzeria, Chinese food, Quiznos). A typical day begins at 5am and ends at 2:30pm.
